Our recommended short-list of candidates will accurately reflect your technical & personality criteria. If we are unable to short-list candidates to your exact requirements, we will be honest enough to tell you, giving you the option to adjust your criteria, or consider alternative sources.

Compiled from a comprehensive range of market information, our salary surveys offer a ‘broad view’ of current salary levels across the spectrum of Banking & Finance roles.

More detailed salary & benefits advice can be offered for individual positions by providing us with a detailed job description or by discussing the proposed position with your Insight Consultant, who will offer ‘up to the minute’ advice on market rates, competitor packages and other relevant factors i.e. specific skills shortages or high demand skill sets.
