My client, an approved and regulated Lloyd’s syndicate have an opportunity for a Syndicate Analyst to join their team.

• Responsible for 2020 and onwards IRIS update
• Matching signings that don’t automatically attach
• Management of claims messages
• Tracking EPI in IRIS vsSBF limits
• Coordinate with Chord if premium tracking differently to expectations
• Coordinating with the team for updates on the EPI and premiums received
• Reviewing the premium tracking spreadsheet vs expectations - raising queries with brokers
• Assisting with the review and monitoring of performance against agreed Syndicate Business Planning (SBF) including exposure management
• Reinsurance programme monitoring of loss aggregations to programme attachment points and coverage, reinsurance recovery monitoring
• Coordinating the SBF process including ensuring forms, EM and narrative are completed as per agreed timetable
• Assist with the monitoring against risk appetite and reporting of any breaches
• Coordinating peer review sign offs required by the Active
• Ensuring files up to date with documents including latest SBFs, QMB, PMD, ORSAs, PIP returns, UW control framework documentation etc.
• Assisting with delivery of UC, RC and SB papers including action point
• Coordinate responses and additional data required for capital providers or Reinsurers
• Assisting with internal communications and ad hoc requests
