The role

You’ll oversee all physical operations, manage and develop the back-office team, and collaborate closely with traders and risk managers across international offices.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow the operations team

• Manage contract execution for base and ferrous metals

• Handle LCs, logistics, insurance, and all documentation

• Negotiate freight and logistics services

• Monitor credit exposure and payment cycles

• Improve systems, workflows, and data accuracy
