Lead End-to-End Logistics for a Global Trading Firm – London

A rapidly growing boutique trading company moving millions of tonnes of wheat and raw sugar annually, operating a fleet of 20+ vessels, who own and control key port and docking infrastructure.

The Role:
Become there first Head of Operations. Own the entire chain: from vessel chartering to port operations at our own facilities. Lead a team, solve complex problems daily, and ensure seamless global movement. Report directly to the C-suite.

Looking for:

A hands-on leader with deep experience in bulk shipping/terminal ops.
