A leading Crude Oil Commodity Trading firm with over 20,000 employees worldwide are now looking to grow their team within the UK with a new Refining Product Trader role.

This role is a great opportunity to start employment with a rapidly growing firm within their UK desk and to learn the strategies which their teams use to trade Crude Oil’s across the Europe and Africa regions.

The Role:

• Creating and implementing the business plan for the refining products trading business in Europe and Africa regions.
• Explore, identify and define key opportunities in line with the business strategy.
• Responsible for analysing market intelligence relating to refining products market trends.
• Develop relationships, targets and account plans for key customers in both Europe and Africa regions.
• Develop and manage product P&L.
• Ensuring that all trading undertaken is within the authority of the role and company guidelines and standards

Requirements;

• University Degree in Sales, Marketing or Engineering
• Proven sales/trading experience in gas oil, gasoline, diesel etc in Europe
• Knowledge of refined commodity products
• Strong analytical, problem solving and organisational skills
