A leading Crude Oil Commodity Trading firm with over 20,000 employees worldwide are now looking to grow their team within the UK with a new Senior Oil Trading role.

This role is a great opportunity to start employment with a rapidly growing firm within their UK desk and to learn the strategies which their teams use to trade Crude Oil’s across the Mediterranean and North Sea regions

The Role;

• Managing the Mediterranean and North Sea crude oil trading strategies and develop the related marketing and trading opportunities in these markets
• Liaising with relevant teams to ensure the successful execution of physical and financial trades
• Establish, develop, and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, clients and other counter parties
• Deliver performance to meet the annual crude oil purchase and sales performance targets
• Maintain and strengthen existing client relationships by regularly visiting them to establish their requirements and understand their future supply and demand potential
• Undertake market research and evaluate new opportunities and the development of new clients, markets, new varieties and models

Requirements;

• Bachelor’s degree in international Trade and Shipping, Petrochemical, Marketing or another related subject
• Significant international crude oil trade experience
• Have proven experience in trading in the Mediterranean and North Sea crude oil market
• Demonstrable experience in developing new business in the international crude oil market
